30 Days of Commitment:
A New Year’s Resolutions Accountability Group
Ready to lose weight? Start exercising? Quit smoking? Be nicer?
Regardless of the substance of your New Year’s resolution, one thing we all have in common is the need for ACCOUNTABILITY in order to stick with it and achieve our goals!
Beginning Monday January 2nd, I will be hosting ”30 Days of Commitment.” This four week group coaching program will occur every Monday morning over the phone during the month of January 9-10 am CST.
OBJECT
To give you the accountability structure you need to make certain that your New Year’s resolutions “stick.”
WHO IS THIS FOR?
Anyone who is committed to making change in the new year.
HOW DOES IT WORK?
Participants will declare their goals and intentions at the first session.
Each week thereafter, participants will call in and report how they are doing with regard to those goals.
If they’re succeeding, the group call will be a place for participants to celebrate their success.
If they’ve “fallen off,” the group call will be a place for participants to re-group and get the support and encouragement necessary to ”get back on the trail.”
